Nancy has over two decades of experience working in international relations and close to 15 years of experience working in leadership positions, specifically in the Canadian Post Secondary Education System. As the Director, NorQuest International, she oversees International Strategic Enrolment Management with a focus on ambitious and diversified growth and in creating an exceptional international student experience from the first time of contact with the institution through to post-graduation. She leads a culturally diverse team of over 25 individuals involved with the design and implementation of student and faculty exchange and study abroad initiatives as well international cooperation projects.
