The Associate Vice President of Applied Research, Innovation, and International at the Nova Scotia Community College, Jeffrey oversees research, innovation, entrepreneurship, international, industry liaising, strategic partnership, and government relations at all 14 campuses. As Chair of the National Research Advisory Council, has a PhD in Physics from University of Toronto.
