Join the CICan 2024 Host President and CEOs, Dr. Misheck Mwaba, Bow Valley College, and Dr. David Ross, SAIT, for a fireside chat with Pari Johnston, President and CEO, CICan. This fireside chat will explore topics ranging from how these two President and CEOs have put in place processes that are flexible and inclusive to how faculty and employees have been empowered as agents of change and innovation. Speakers will also share what transformational leadership means to them and how they have fostered this notion within their senior leadership teams and across their organizations.

Stream: Transforming Leadership and Governance

Geared towards governance professionals, including board members and CEOs, this stream will focus on how institutional leaders are embracing transformational leadership and governance to effect change within their institutions and contribute to the socio-economic well-being of their communities.
