Andrew Osborne, MA, is a certified UNESCO Story Circles Facilitator and COIL practitioner and researcher. In his intercultural communication courses, Andrew incorporates COIL to provide students the opportunity to engage in critical self-reflection as cultural beings and to examine the role of institutions in contextualizing global, virtual cross-cultural communication.
