Thea leads a newly unified International Education department that is focused on creating a shared vision and commitment to internationalization across the college. Within this division are functional areas relating to international student recruitment and admissions, international student experience and supports, global engagement, partnership development, and global learning. Thea brings 13 years of experience in international education. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, leading projects that support student and faculty mobility, institutional partnerships, business development, international student recruitment, and the student experience. A passionate educator, Thea is an advocate for advancing intercultural awareness and has lived in, worked in, or traveled to, more than 40 countries around the world.
