Spencer oversees operations and maintenance, and leads sustainability and energy efficiency. Successes include Humber’s Integrated Energy Master Plan, first institutional Canadian Passive House retrofit, and cutting edge “Switch” project to reduce natural gas by 70%. He holds a BSc Environmental Science (McMaster), and is a Certified Energy Manager.
