The B2B Zone will again be offered at this year’s 2024 Conference.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet one-on-one with CICan member colleges and institutes, post-secondary institutions from around the world, national and international government representatives, the private sector, and other organizations interested in forging or renewing business relationships.

The B2B Connection Rooms will be open on April 29, 30, and May 1, 2024.

The space is open to all Conference attendees and there is no additional cost to participate, however, please note that space is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be able to make connections and book time to meet within the iCent Conference App.

There are two options to participate:

Book a meeting time and invite others to join:

• If you want to connect with others on a particular topic or have an initiative to share, book a time and invite others to join!

Join a meeting that is already scheduled:

• If there is a meeting on a topic that is of interest to you, sign up and be part of the conversation!
• Each block of time is one hour in length. You can choose a private space (Room Telus 105) or if you don’t have need of a quiet space, book one of the four tables in Telus 106. Each table can accommodate 10 people.
• A B2B concierge will be available onsite to support reservations. Reservations can also be made at the concierge desk.
