Join us for a thought-provoking forum that delves into how colleges can continue to make progress in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in uncertain and complex times. This session will feature an insightful panel discussion with leaders from across the sector and the audience will have the opportunity to discuss issues arising in case studies which highlight the challenges and opportunities faced by colleges in sustaining their EDI efforts. Gain valuable insights and contribute to the dialogue on advancing EDI initiatives in higher education.
Stream: Embracing Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility
This stream will look at how institutions can ensure that equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) are part of their operational plans and strategic priorities. With social justice on the minds of the students we serve and the staff we employ, embracing EDI practices is a key to organizational success. Sessions will focus on promising practices, lived experiences and growth opportunities when implementing EDI practices in post-secondary education.
