As the Manager of Academic Strategy, Rebecca Bock-Freeman leads projects to transform the educational experiences of learners through collaborative, cross-disciplinary teams. Prior to joining NorQuest, Rebecca spent seven years working for the governments of Alberta and Manitoba supporting Ministers with crisis communication, issues management, policy and strategy development and implementation.
