Dr. Lori Stahlbrand is an award-winning Professor at George Brown College (GBC), where she co-developed the first Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Food Studies in Canada. Lori has wide-ranging experience as a food policy specialist, a nonprofit leader and an academic. She was also a well-known CBC broadcaster for many years.
