Leonel Roldan-Flores, AVP of International Education at Douglas College, oversees all international engagement activities, including enrolment, studies, and partnerships. With 20+ years’ experience, he previously directed international offices at UNBC and UBC. Born in Guatemala, he holds degrees in Political Economy and Politics of Development. He joined Douglas in 2021.
