Geni Peters is Director of Research at ECO Canada, a not-for-profit with a mission to ensure that Canada has the environmental workforce it needs in these challenging times. An economist with a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University, she is responsible for the management, execution and delivery of environmental labour market information and national occupational standards projects, working with an army of professionals comprised of staff, consultants, strategic advisors and subject matter experts.
