Dr. Kent Mullinix is Director- Institute for Sustainable Food Systems, Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Prior, he was an Associate Professor and Endowed Joint Chair in Pomology at Washington State University, and Director-Agriculture Programs at Wenatchee Valley College. His work focuses on agroecology, bioregional food systems, food systems policy, and Indigenous food sovereignty-security.
