Dr. Caitlin Scott is a Professor and Co-Coordinator of the Honours Bachelor of Food Studies at George Brown College. She completed her PhD at the University of Waterloo in Social and Ecological Sustainability and researches food politics at the intersection of health, environment, and justice.
