Dr. Anna-Liisa Aunio is a Professor at Dawson College in Montreal, QC. She is the founder of the Dawson Rooftop Gardens, which provides organic, local food grown on campus for the community. Finally, she directs the Food Justice and Sustainability Research Hub, where she leads community-research partnerships for food systems transformation.
