Director for the UMAP International Secretariat, a student mobility consortium spanning 25 countries, Chelsey has over a decade of experience working in Canadian higher education contributing to internationalization initiatives. She has led/supported programs in education abroad, international student engagement and retention, COIL, intercultural competency, and international partnership development.
