Qiallak Nappaaluk is the mayor of Kangiqsujuaq, Quebec. She worked for the Kativik Ilisarniliriniq for more than three decades as a teacher and curriculum developer. She was the lead animator for the 2023-4 public consultations on the opening of a potential post-secondary institute in Nunavik.
