Miigam’agan, Grandmother of the Jagej Clan and member of Esgenoôpetitj, a decolonial linguist and scholar of Wabanaki Longhouse traditions. Devoted to Wabanaki cultural revival, through research and advocacy, she promotes deep understandings of Indigenous matricultural systems, grounded in language.
