Beverley Roy is President of Kenjgewin Teg, located on Mnidoo Mnising (Manitoulin Island), and is a proud Anishinaabe-kwe of the Anishinabek Nation. In 2024, Beverley completed her Ph.D. in Higher Education (University of Toronto) on the topic of education sovereignty.
