Rachel is of Mi’kmaq, Danish, and English ancestry, is a member of Gesgapegiag First Nation and currently works and resides in the Sɨpekne’katik district of Mi’kma’ki. Rachel holds an M.Ed. in Inclusive Education, a B.Ed. in Secondary Education, and a B.Sc. in Psychology and Biology.
