Pat Bidart, has 20 years of expertise in CBET, and has taught and influenced learning in China, Belize, Tanzania, and Kenya. Serving as a Senior Technical Advisor in the Caribbean, she partners with CICan for SAGE initiatives. Her diverse roles include instructor, Dean, Director, and Associate VP in Alberta and B.C. institutions.
