Full Event Registration Fees
Participants are responsible for meals not included in the registration fee. All packages include the activities listed above.

* The student fee applies only to students enrolled in a CICan member college and institute. College and institute staff who may be enrolled as a student, e.g., as a doctoral candidate, are not eligible. Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If cancelled by January 15, 2024: 50% refund of the full amount paid.
If cancelled January 16, 2024 and later: no refunds will be issued.
Substitutions are accepted by email up to January 29, 2024.
