Debbie McKee Demczyk is the dean of the Office of Research Services, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ORSIE) at Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario. Debbie is responsible for leading ORSIE’s four major functional divisions: applied research and innovation; institutional research and planning; entrepreneurship; and experiential learning.
