Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan)<\/b> is the national and international voice of Canada\u2019s largest post-secondary education network. It advocates, builds capacity, and drives knowledge to strengthen Canada\u2019s publicly supported colleges, institutes, CEGEPs, and polytechnics to meet Canada\u2019s biggest challenges. With more than 95% of Canadians living within 50 km of a member institution, and thanks to its extensive reach around the globe, CICan works to future-proof communities in Canada and abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n

Indigenous Institutes Consortium (IIC)<\/strong> represents the collective and collaborative efforts of its seven Indigenous governed and mandated post-secondary education, training, and life-long learning institutions across Ontario. IIC supports Member Institutes to advance Indigenous-led post secondary education, through partnerships and collective collaborative approaches. Since 1994, the IIC has successfully raised the awareness and profiles of Member Institutes, learners and communities. The IIC was instrumental in the establishment of Ontario\u2019s Indigenous Institutes Act, 2017. This legislation recognizes the important role Indigenous Institutes play as a pillar of post-secondary education and the contribution Indigenous Institutes make to the outcomes of Indigenous learners in Ontario.<\/div>\n
